Hi everyone
I have a big problem and need some advice :(.. I booked some accomodation on the Jetstar website and put my location to stay in as Kuta.. Anyway to cut a long story short i booked this hotel and payed for it only to find out after its in Candidasa not Kuta!!!!! not sure how it appeared in the Kuta area but anyway its non refundable and the hotel wont let me have a refund :( we have 2 families going over with a number of kids aswell.. I have been told Candidasa is 2 hours away from Kuta and there is nothing there so if anyone could give me advice on anything to do there or how we can travel to Kuta from there as there will be 13 of us there :( Cant beleive this has happened..
