hello, i would fight it out with jetstar.. ring and speak to someone direct and tell them this isnt good enough that it was glitch on their system. i had a fault by Virgin and they only offered credit but i kept at it and i got a full refund.. Write a letter of complaint but also ring and speak to a manager about. Not good enough if it wasnt your fault..
