Jetstar is the company that has misrepresented the hotel in this case. They must take responsibility for the error.
You may well have to go and make other plans and be prepared to forgo the money you have paid in order to have the holiday you want.
Keep fighting the fight because they should be in control of their website content and should not be able to offset blame onto Expedia.
