there could be a sister hotel in Kuta which may have contributed to the mix up. Obviously it is important to be in Kuta for the wedding, but candidasa is a nice place to stay and there is much more to visit with many interesting sights near by. There is much more to Bali than Kuta unless you like crowds, shops and night clubs. Seems to me it is best to do your own bookings after hearing about this.
