I have heard of this with so many people that book on line that things have change on there booking, not saying that booking on line is a bad thing,but i have to say that this is the chance you take with on line booking,where you have no leg to stand on when things like this happen.It just takes all control out of your hand,i hope you can get this sorted out,people should take this as a warning to what can happen when a third party takes control of your booking.
