We run accommodation in oz and have signed up with Other booking sites to list our property. They, in general either forward your cc details to the hotel or do not pay the hotel until after you checked out. Sorry I can't remember jetstars t&c and what they do and in Bali at moment so can't check but your best bet is to contact Jetstar and explain the location error. They are the middle man to you and the hotel so they must serve you as a customer of theirs. Before contacting them find a place you want to stay at in kuta via Jetstar site so you have the ready ammo to say "I am willing to be your customer" so to speak as many people try it on as they have found a better deal elsewhere.
