those of us who work our butts off to take our kids on a long awaited for holiday? You think we should just sit back and accept it? Don't think so.... I work in one of the lowest paid industries and some days I come home after 12 hours of having been bitten, kicked, scratched, assaulted, spat on, etc, so don't tell me about the poor travel industry suffering losses. I worked damn hard for that holiday and be buggered if I am not going to do all I can to retrieve some of my money.
