I can appreciate that everyone is very keen to get their credit card chargebacks, however I think it should be pointed out that when a chargeback occurs the money does not come from the bank or from Visa...it is taken from the merchant, whether that be the travel agent or the wholesaler. Does everyone really feel that these companies should bare the financial burden when they have already lost signifigant amounts of money because of the cancellations ?
