Just a little bit of advise please, my mum is currently is bali, and she was at breakfast this morning and a large piece of wood feel on her big toe....... to cut a long story short she had never been in so much pain and they had to remove her big toe nail. The hotel has paid for all medical costs and given her a free meal. She is now in a wheel chair as she is unable to walk, and has to keep it dry so no swimmming etc........... do you think it is worth taking this further
