unsupported. I think that NOBODY is actually trying to minimize what's happened to your Mum. What they have actually tried to tell you is the reality of attempting ANY sort of legal action in Indonesia.
The hotel has behaved very well so far. I'm suprized that they've even been willing to pay for her medical bills.
I think she's just got to make the best of a bad situation.
Just be so grateful that she's got travel insurance.
Basically you haven't a hope in hell of winning, that's the truth of it.
I am very sorry for your Mum, and I do hope she starts to feel less awful soon. Good luck.
