Any forumites at Kumala - pool lounges?

I had a discussion over SMS with my sister this morning who is at the Kumala. Story goes...she heads to the pool this morning about 8 and all deck chairs in the sun are reserved and she is sole pool occupant. I tell her to wait an hour and to remove towel and belongings from a chair and give to the pool bar. She does this and apparently the chair owner (!!!) comes to the pool, sits on her, swears at her and takes her float (she purchased this here in oz) becasue she had paid (!!!) for the chair for 3 hours. The gardener being the chair seller. The float has not been returned. I can't believe that there are women who behave like this and it really pi--es me off that this may soon become the norm at KP if the hotel lets the chairs be reserved. Anyone there who can coment?
