When parking "ticket" machines came in they replaced squillions of parking meters, so there must be pallets full of the old meters somewhere.....get them sent to Bali and attached to the back of the lounges. :-) Sorry to hear your sister had a bad experience, strange how some people act when on holidays as their identity is a "secret" same person at their local park may behave quite differently.
