Pretty simple, If I can't find a seat empty, take one with a towel and either put the towel on another hogged seat or take it back to the pool attendants, have only had 1 person complain and just told them the seat was empty and the pool attendants probably had their towel ( which I knew they did because I gave it to them ). They didn't have anywhere to go and probably thought the attendants collect them as it said at this hotel on signs around the pool. Obviously wouldn't work if they left bags etc on the seats : )
