OK.... I have spoken to a number of staff at KP about this and get the usual Bali smile ... Desi assures me that she has spoken to the Manager and that they are working on a sign for the pool area. The chairs were actually reserved from around 630am when I went for my morning walk, there were approximately 7 free (in shaded areas)at that stage. On my return from the walk even less were free however not a person to be found around the pool. Around 8am I went to the pool and at that stage there were only 3 chairs free in front of the bar but again no one in sight so as Wen said, I messaged her and waited until 9am before removing their belongings and placing them on the chairs in front of the bar. By that stage they had reserved chairs for a minimum of 3 hours. Like Wen reported, she told me in no uncertain terms that she was there for 7 weeks and that she had paid for the chairs. I did eventually get the float back which was then taken by her once more with a few choice words spoken and when I eventually retrieved it again it had holes in it. All this was reported to Desi. Passed this particular woman on the way out of breakfast this morning and again she uttered a few choice words to me. What really upset me was I was alone when all this happened and no one said anything, perhaps because everyone on a chair had done exactly the same thing as she had, so here was this person abusing me, swearing at me, sitting on me and taking my belongings and no one said a thing. It really turned me off ever staying at KP again. I said very little back to her except that she and others were not being fair by reserving chairs and not using them for hours on end, that I would not lower myself to her level by responding to her comments and that I felt she was behaving incredibly childishly. She is simply a bully in my eyes and a sad reflection of an Australian.
