Hotels need to start by placing a sign stating that pool lounges are not to be reserved and that personal belongings will be removed if lounge unused for an hour. Then they have to enforce this. I know a lot of hotels have the sign but no enforcement. The worst part though is when the hotel staff start taking money from guests to reserve the lounges. Hope you had a lovely holiday.
