that if you are flying Jetstar make sure you get to the airport with plenty of time to spare...... We had paople come back to our hotel the other night after been offloaded. They say that they were at the airport one and a half hours before the flight but the check in was so slow that when they got to the counter there was only 50 minutes before the flight and Jetsatr would not load them. Said that cause they were late that their seats had already been sold as stand-by. They could not get another 4 seats for 5 days.
Maybe if you find yourself in line with the time going you need to make them aware that you are there. They also have to pay more money to get new seats. Jetstar has no offices in Bali and so everything has to be sorted back through Australia. Not so easy at that time of night.
Just thought you all would like to know and should be aware.
I am having the best time.
