to departure,so if you can't be there i believe it's not their fault,it's sleepy heads who hold planes up by being late .
Jetstar states this check in opening time on the flight information page of your itinery .If they are not open 3 hours prior and there is a problem and you miss your plane after letting them know you are in the line before check in closes they will have to pay for your accom. and any penalties.,although this may take some time to be compensated.
