about 2 Passengers who were refused entry onto Jetstar flight because of the cut off time, yes they were at airport on time, but the line held them up and they were refused entry.
Were only going away for a long weekend, flight only leaves here once a day, so had to fly next day, they were very very upset, they had repaid accommodation and so lost a day of it,
