Was just wondering how others went with Air Paradise and if anyone got their money back? I got a letter from the Flight centre telling me in no uncertain terms that they absolve all responsibilty for the collapse of AP, if you check the AP website it says to contact Kordamentha (the agents handling the insolvency) but when you contact them they refer you straight back to Air Paradise. Visa have told me I have no claim with them as I booked through a travel agent so they are responsible for not providing services paid for. Apparently if I booked directly through AP they would have covered it. Insurance won't cover, etc, etc. But I have heard that some people have managed to get refunds just wondering how they did this, anyone have any clues? Am I just wasting my time and should I just accept that the money is gone and nothing I can do?
