If you can find out how I can contact Graham that would help. I have tried the chargeback through Visa and no go. Have tried hassling Flight centre and just got nasty letter back saying basically not their problem, but funny how they are happy to take ones money, as soon as things go wrong suddenly not their problem! As I was going with my kids we have lost quite a bit of money, in fact I will be paying off credit card for next 2 years I think. So I am grateful for any info on other ways I can get my money back. Does anyone know if there is a travel industry ombudsman?
