Just reading your post, Flight Centre are pretty bad at giving refunds. Just really start hassling them... If you dont get any results from staff, tell them you will contact Mr Graham Turner, he is based in Brisbane and is the Managing Director. Graham, known as (skroo) within the industry and his friends, started the Flight Centres, back in the early 80's, he is a pretty good guy and pretty understanding.. Actually, I may even have his direct number, I will have a look and if I have I will post it.
Alot of the staff at the flight centres, are inexperience with refunds and also they work on just small retainer and commission, so they are also very reluctant to do refunds!!!!
