and Visa said it is Flight Centres responsibility because technically it was them whom I paid for a service that I did not receive. The thing that annoys me is I send a lot of business Flight centres way including a $12,000 cruise that I booked for clients through them as well as numerous other trips both personal and work related and this is the thanks they give their valued customers.
