We have been booked since last month but now girlfriend is getting cold feet. An Aussie friend just emailed her and said he just got back yesterday from 8 days and not many Americans and the few he did meet were very low profile, and one even pretended to be a canadian. The U.S. Travel Advisory does mention possible individual attacks on americans.
Thinking of postponing (ticket good for a year). Any thoughts from fellow USA'ers either there or recently there?
