I was in Bali when the bombings took place and didn't even consider leaving (got back last Sunday). Just avoid big tourist hangouts, especially in or near Kuta.
For me, the best part of Bali is Ubud anyway, and it is a long way from the main tourist drag.
Bali is absolutely wonderful and the people are so warm. Don't let the terrorists win.
