Do not stay at this villa- across from Dusun Villa and Loloan Rest in Seminyak. It is infested with rats. Over the course of 3 days, we saw 7 rats running around our villa complex- 4 of them ended up in our pool swimming with our children!
Management (bvilla) said it wasn't their responsibility and as rats are harmless did not think it was a big deal. The rude and inexperienced Australian GM claimed that he raised rats as a child and thinks rats have been mistreated.
We paid over US$500 per night for our villa and after screaming and shouting for hours, management offered us 10% off and threatened that if we didn't agree to pay this their Indonesian partner would resort to "unpleasant" measures to deal with us.
