To my mind, that was just an excuse for inefficiency, sloppiness and lethargy. The "rude, inexperienced Aussie GM" should be sacked immediately and replaced with an efficient, caring manager preferably a Balinese. Do you really need these expensive, arrogant, inefficient "firangs" ??
