We have booked to go to KP on the 30/04/05 for 14 nights, as our tickets were not ordered I extended our stay in Bali for a further 4 nights. I told the travel agent I would take care of the other 4 nights booking the hotel, she was fine with this at the time.My husband sent a fax to KP direct to get the extra 4 nights and told them we would pay them when we arrived on the 30/4/05, no problems they sent a fax confirming this. I phoned our Travel agent and told I had organised the extra 4 days and told her we faxed the hotel direct and she went off her head. She said you never go direct to hotel because thats how booking get mixed up, and that they never go to hotel direct. Now she said she will have to fix up my booking as she feels we have made a double booking. Our agent said she wants to charge us $100.00 because she said we stuffed it up. What are your thoughts on this.
