I am a travel agent and take my job very seriously. It is very easy to bag agents but those comments are generally made by people who either haven't got a good one or think it is their god given right to squeeze the life out of anyone they deal with.
If you know how the system works then fine....but if not please don't generalise. Some of us take pride in our work and have a real passion for Bali and try to do it at a price that will get everyone to Bali !!!
