Can anyone help me out? I recently booked a package with an on-line travel agent. Their package included return flights & 4 nights accomodation. My family, friends & I wanted to stay for 12 days and were told by these people that we could not book the additional nights accomodation direct & it was a condidtion that extended accomodation was required to be booked through them, even though it was considerably cheaper to do it direct. We bit the bullet & booked through the agency to save the hassle.
After reading these posts however, I have a feeling that we may have been duped? Could it be a condition or do they just say that to suck us in? They are a large organisation & I need to research this before I take it up with them. Any help would be kindly appreciated.
