The problem is, I have already paid in full for 6 people. I have learnt my lesson. I like to think that most people are trustworthy!
I am in the service industry myself and wouldn't dream of deceiving or misleading anybody. "Do unto others"
I contacted my agent at best flights by email yesterday to query this matter...I must say her reply was vey defensive, so, for someone who has nothing to hide (hmmmm)
Oh well, we live & learn. I will awaither response as she said she will get back with an answer within 24 hours, should be interesting. When I get her response, I will then decide whether to take the matter to the ACCC or Consumer Affairs if it is as I suspect.
