This is a pitiful real event. My late husband, a 29-year-old Taiwanese man who was a father of a 8-month-old baby, a beloved husband of his wife, and an elite employee in the eyes of his managers, ended his life in Bali, on June 23rd 2004, due to improper management of The Villas. When he was found, there was no licensed lifeguard or staff who knew CPR on site. It was expressed that The Villas couldn't help, other than place the call to ambulance.The ambulance came thirty minutes too late. The sluggish and crude handling procedures were the key factors that my husband had died without a fair treatment. Staffs of The Villas, besides standing by, watching and treating us cooly, also cooly stated that their hotel would be not responsible.

1.Where was the family in all this?
The victim and my husband joined a tour to Bali. The activity of the evening was free time to choose between a self-paid spa service or to enjoy the hotel facility. I and some members of the tour went to the self-paid spa, and were not at The Villas.
2.Two Metres is only around 6 feet which, by standards of most pools - certainly here in Australia, is certainly not deep.
For Orientals who are not very tall two-meter-deep pool can be very dangerous.
The deepest part of the pool at The Villas is not on one side, but in the middle. Because the tiles of Ying and Yang, from the surface of water, one couldn't tell the depth of water by color.
3.my husband health has the question?
He was a very healthy man, lost his chance of having emergency service was the biggest factor of his death.
If this had happaned to your close friends and families, would you have so much dubiousness of their claim?
Our request is that: Even though this was a simple drown incident, the unprofessional and neglect attitude to one's life from The Villas should be paid attention to internationally.
