I thought you were asking on a Chinese forum and still had questions of your own.It is so very sad that a young person is dead it really is still confusing as to why. I think they mean the pattern on the pool made it difficult to work out the depth? yes? The boy couldn't swim? I don't think the Villas are at fault, is a tragic accident.
