AirAsia cancellations

Hi Guys
Just wondering if anyone took up air asias offer to be booked on another airline from Darwin to Bali after the 30-04-12? and if you did have you heard back from Air Asia and been booked on the other airline yet??
We are still waiting for a reply via email from them after sending 4 emails and made 3 phone calls to find out whats going on.
