We had our original flights traveling on the 4th May, from Darwin to Bali,sent my first email to Air Asia, and asked for them to place me on another carrier, and the second email, I gave them details on what flight that they can put me on.After I waited and waited i rang their 1300number at Air Asia in Malaysia and they told me to ring Air Asia in Indonesia,told them my situation and they said no worries we can get you on a Jetstar flight on the 4th May, but will take 3 weeks for the booking?? to be finalized. Work that one out, 3 weeks?so here we are with everything booked and 7 weeks to go but with no actual connection to Bali.
VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING.
