My sister inlaw has emailed them and also rang them on numerous ocassions with still no outcome they make her hang on the phone from anywhere from 30-45 I suppose waiting for her to hang up and then they don't have to worry. She is flying there with AA but it is the return flight that she has not got now. Also they paid for Oct this year last year. These airlines need to be resposible and pay back the money people have paid instead trying to fob them off. Pretty poor it think. When you consider how many people are in this situation.
