I had paid AA for October flights out of Darwin , I emailed AA and reply was received after about 5 days and, I was advised to expect refund in about 60 days.
I know this is not acceptable, but, under the circumstances what else can we do. Local government has wiped there hands and is not involving itself into the reasons why AA is leaving Darwin as of April 30.
I am flying with AA early Apr and,will be hopefully seeking an explanation for delays in refunding monies owed.
I can only hope they dont cancel our return flight back to Darwin late April.
