I was on hold as well for that long, then had to re-ring as I got cut off accidently?? eventually was told to ring Air Asia in Indonesia.
They are not being responsible enough, and need to really clean up their act,otherwise they really are going to get this reputation as not a very good airline. It is their affiliate in Indonesia, but still has the name of Air Asia attached to it, so they need to clean their mess up.
