Just got off live chat with them, again, also sent 3 emails, they now tell me to submit an e form off their web site which I have done and said 30 working days before I will get response!! I have rebooked my own fares as they will be gone being school Holidays & they get more expensive everyday so they should be thanking me! I have requested full reimbursement for my new fares which cost an extra $1600 but am not hopeful, very upset about it all....
