Hello everyone, (first post here),
I have 2-3 weeks of vacation that I need to use before the end of the year (it doesn't roll over to next year) and I'd like to go to Bali, but I've heard that November & December is storm/typhoon season. This will be my first time outside the United States but I don't want to use my one vacation of the year to just end up sitting in the hotel :( - has anyone vacationed there during these times and found it to be abysmal?
Can anyone tell me what the weather will be like during these times, and also I haven't planned or booked a flight or hotel yet or even decided an area to stay - I'm actually essentially clueless on where to stay / what to do to get the best value for my $.
Does anyone have any suggestions on some sublime places, experiences, etc. that I should make sure to take part in?
