this "dry season". I have been here for 2 weeks now and it has not stopped raining. You can still go out, just means you get a cab unless you want to walk in the rain (which I usually do heading home as it is quite nice).

The rain only usually last a few hours, but some days like today are drizzly from the start. To clarify for you, there are not typhoons (also called cyclones) here during wet season, it is really just heavy rain, all water, not much wind and it is still warm of course.

I have stayed in wet season quite a few times and it is hotter and more humid, but still great and there are long gaps without rain. The beauty of it is if you have to wait out the rain, there are plenty of places to do so.

You should think about booking really soon though (flights and accommodation). I have not seen Bali this busy for a very long time so you may miss out. Good luck and enjoy! Even if it does rain, you are on holiday so it is still great... :)

If you do some searches for accommodation I am sure you will find something and if you get stuck post a new request for help and I am sure you get plenty of suggestions.
