I've stayed there quite a few times, and will be there again next month. They have rooms ranging from basic standard (cold water/fan) to deluxe rooms with air con, fridge etc and prices start at USD 10 per night up to USD 25 per night (the price will be a little more in high season).
They have a great pool, nice restaurant and bar area, and close to the beach and also night life - just walking distance to Jl Legian were most of the bars and clubs are located.
They also have drivers available and can assist with organising tours etc or you can ask around in the laneway out the front of the hotel as many drivers base themselves around that area.
Directly opposite the hotel is a good laundry service and also an authorised money changer.
