abit hard and cynical. Yes there are probably scam artist out there like there is everywhere but I would rather give 10000rp and hope I was helping someone in genuine need but if not its only a bit more than a dollar.
Maybe I am a sucker but I would hope that if I was ever in that situation someone would help me.
We are from the lucky country where our government helps those in need but in Bali if you don't have family what are you supposed to do. Starve.
Just my thoughts. I will always lend a helping hand whether it be money or a feed. But that is just me. Each to there own
