but here's another way to look at it. Imagine you're one of those poor guys slaving away on the roads. You'd probably make about 50,000 a day. Now, compared to that, begging with a drugged child you've rented from a village in the mountains is blo*dy good money. If you talk to locals you find there's not much sympathy for them.
The women who you see begging with kids, claiming homelessness, really are 'dudding' you, as there are shelters, with some food available for them.They obviously see better opportunites to be gained out on the street.
