But aren't all clothes that we wear used clothes? Therefore you are implying that every single person who packs clothes in their bags are at risk of carrying diseases to other countries..Do you prefer if we all pack newly purchased clothes with the tags on them. Then what happens if we bring in clothes for ourselfs with new tags on them and they are for ourselves (not to give out) would you imply that because they have tags on them that they are for gifts?
