sorry margaritaman for using your message for this......we in aus and many other countries have op shops run by various organizations to help the poor for we too have poverty stricken people as well . i get 3 or 4 calls a week to buy raffle tickets or donate money .the only ones i give to are childrens charitys and animal shelters. for we have the welfare centre and a goverment that hands out money hand over fist to people ....ive never seen an op shop in bali or a welfare or dole office in bali but i have seen people that cant afford food or clothing keep giving not donateing"hate that word"
