I hope you read my clarification above (Explanation for all this confusion)..
No problems with the charity as long as it's not for any commercial purpose, but still it needs some document along with it..
Used clothes is not helping the economy because it's not good for our national textile industries, people won't buy new clothes if they can buy a cheaper used clothes, are they? So it's just all about business, and I don't have any idea why did they make those rules..
If you are an Indonesian, then you should know that our country is famous with it's complicated law systems ("birokrasi yang berbelit-belit")...
I can do nothing with that, simply because they paid me to do that..
But I will try my best if I can do something to help..
