friends - Whilst in Bali - and you have full Kitchen facilities - has anyone prepared a Dinner for their Balinese friends ? If so how did you go about it?
I want it to be a surprise - but all I can give away to them is fixing a date and time as their family has a busy schedule.
I am an accomplished person in the kitchen - well food guru to my friends and family, ( ok Ill sneak in some suttle quals ) but my expertise is more in Thai cooking.
Do I engage the services of the resident staff to help me source and prepare ? I really want it to be very simple, authentic and edable
:-))
I had thought about going to some of the restaurants mentioned on here but I know this family would feel very uncomfortable about that.
Any help appreciated.
