The plan is to stay on the safe side and yes I will definately have to discuss a bit more with them than I originally planned. There is just this inner "buzz" I have that its osmething I want to attempt.
I am appreciative of "extended" guests whenver I have visited their home - although not for food - this is what tends to occur.
I have been brought up with asian style cruisine and so the informal bowls of food prepared and "self serve" - rather than formal dining is just how I would go about this.
I just loved being in the Kitchen from about age 15 with Thai ladies preparing food. We got together about 20+ years later and did a "cook up" at my home. I was astounded there I am with my Mortar.
One of the girls said "Janny you not do that one now " "Too much bash bash" you buy jar in supermarket velly easy one" Hahaha I was mortified.
