but I didn't cook it myself, we were staying on Lembongan and wanted to treat the staff and their friends, so we had a green curry, chicken and cashews, spicy fish, pad thai and rice cooked by another restaurant and then we picked the food up and had a feast, banquet style. They absolutly loved the Thai food and many of them had never tried before.
