Looking for a Budget 2 to 3 and half star hotel with swim up bar (that's operating) and buffet breakfast.
Somewhere Tuban, Legian or Kuta area, and somewhere that has cheap meals & drinks to mellow out at times you don't feel like going out.

PS - A bathroom that doesn't flood would be good and air-con. a must.
